“Slaying the Life” es el álbum lanzado en 2007 por la banda sueca de black metal, Bestial Mockery. La banda se formó en la ciudad de Uddevalla en 1995 por Carl “Master Motorsåg” Bildt, Micke “Doomanfanger” Petersson, Jocke “Christcrusher” and Carl “Warslaughter”. Comenzaron con el objetivo de “canalizar los deseos pervertidos por el Metal Satánico Sangriento”.
