Bueno, no se si es "sabido" y yo recien me entero.. Tampoco estoy seguro que sea realmente el significado. Para eso la pongo aca, a ver q dicen..
Por lo que lei y entiendo, este tema habla de los hooligans (barra bravas de Inglaterra), en cierta forma ridiculizandolos por su comportamiento. La estrofa que mas me cierra al respecto, es la que marque en negrita.
